• you, the client, must be personally present during the inspection.
• the inspection fee will be refunded by check to the person who originated the fee payment. ( this is the 100% return part)
• if the inspection has not been prepaid we will not charge you (this is the 100% part)
• the inspection will be completed by an inspector who meets the following conditions: tennessee licensed and fully certified by either nahi or ashi
• a check to pay for the re-inspection will be paid directly to the re-inspection company in their name for their inspection fee up to 100% of our original home inspection fee amount. (this is the 200% part). this guarantee is for the home inspection service rendered only. all other ancillary services are not covered by this guarantee. ( ie. radon, water and mold samples)
• a signed and witnessed complete home inspection release from liability must be received to initiate the above process.
