Entry can only be achieved by completing a home inspection with Complete Home Inspections, Inc., or by mailing in your business card for an application with a self addressed stamped envelope; at which time an entry form will be returned back to you to be completed. This is not a lottery and no money is required to enter. Once the home inspection has been completed, or the application received, (completed in full) you will be entered into the drawing. Any applicable taxes and miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the winner. All federal, state and local laws/regulations apply. By participating, entrants agree to these rules and decisions of judges, which are final in all respects. No correspondence about entries will be entered into nor will entries be acknowledged or returned. All entries become the property of sponsor (Complete Home Inspections, Inc). Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, stolen, ineligible or misdirected entries. The winner will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility within 14 days of notification.

No prize transfer or substitution except as determined by Complete Home Inspections, Inc. The winning entry will be selected by random drawing from all eligible contest entries. To be eligible each entry form must be completed in full. There is no limit to the number of entries a contestant can submit (i.e. one entry per home inspection, or business card, or office presentation.) The final date of monthly drawings will be the last calendar day of the month. The entry final date for the Grand Prize will be August 31,2009. The winner for all prizes will be chosen by an independent person, not associated with Complete Home Inspections, Inc. Complete Home Inspections, Inc., reserves the right to amend the rules if circumstances require. No mechanically reproduced or copied entry forms will be accepted. Winner will be notified by Complete Home Inspections, Inc. and presented the prize within one week of the drawing.
