our inspectors currently do not write the report during the inspection. we feel that it is important for them to spend their time inspecting and explaining their findings to you, our clients. that is why we feel that it is important for you to be present during the inspection process. they also take pictures of "areas of concern" and defects observed during the inspection phase of the home purchase. they then go back to the office and write a detailed report which includes descriptions of the problems or deficiencies found and the photos taken. our report is customized for you. it is not some electronically generated generic check box or fill in the blank type document, it is a real and specific report on the property inspected. when the report is finished, it is reviewed and emailed to you and your agent by the next business day. attached are actual reports on inspections performed. only the names and locations were changed to protect the identity of the home owner.

our inspectors cary a laptop computer with them to collect data which will be used in your report. your report will contain valuable information on roofing systems, attic and crawl spaces, electrical systems, plumbing systems, kitchens and bathrooms, water heaters, built-in appliances, heating and cooling systems, foundations, garages , driveways, doors and windows, exterior and interior finishes, balconies and decks, fireplaces and more. over all, over 400 items are checked during our inspection process. after you revieve your report, feel fee to call our inspectors. they will take the time to go over the report with you and answer any of your questions.
