most likely, the vast majority of your inspection will be deferred maintenance itms and minor imperfections. although these are are nice to know about and will give you direction towards improving your investment, the issues that really matter will fall into these categories:
oftentimes, major defects can be corrected inexpensively. bear in mind that there are no perfect houses. every house will have some defects, so keep things in perspective! don't kill your deal over trivial things that don't matter. stick to what is really important. |
